IAAA Aluminium-Graphite Anti-Seize paste consists of uniform, fine flaked particles in a special blend of lubricants and oils. It is ideal for use on a on a wide range of industrial products to prevent seizing, galling and excessive wear.

Application
Aluminium Anti-Seize Lubricants. Can be used on nuts, bolts screws, pipe threads, O-rings, shafts and hubs. Typical applications include conveyor systems, gear boxes, chains, cams, u-joints, sprockets and tracking. Protects up to +980 degrees C Prevents seizing and galling of metals. Protects against harsh and corrosive environments. Note that IAAA is not a high speed load carrying lubricant and is not recommended for ball or roller bearings.

Procedure for Application
Ensure parts are clean and dry, then simply apply by brush to provide instant protection.

Base: Highly Modified Synthetic Oil. Additives: Copper, Graphite, Aluminium, Anti Corrosion Properties. Shelf Life: 1.5 Years. Consistency: Paste. Viscosity: 120K - 175K. Lubricity k Factor: 0.18. Coefficient of Friction: 0.07 from 20 degrees C - 760 degrees C. Specific Gravity: app 1.3. Flash Point: >150ºC. Texture: Smooth Paste.
